– David Mishkin is the Architect for the construction and renovation of a three-bedroom apartment at 410 East 57th Street, a pre-war cooperative building. David’s work to date has been outstanding, reflecting a keen and careful eye for large-scale construction and engineering issues as a small-bore design detail. He is a pleasure to work with on all counts  – David J. Goldsmith

– David has been employed as our Architect to design a residence on East Lake Drive, Montauk NY.  The property is located on Lake Montauk and is subject to an extensive set of zoning ordinances, wetlands and EPA regulations, as well as state and local approvals that come into play with waterfront properties.  David has been extremely resourceful and imaginative in dealing with the zoning issues that severely restrict the design and location of the dwelling.  David’s work on the design of our home has exceeded our expectations. His work has resulted in a highly functional and beautiful design within the bounds of local zoning and building codes.  David listens to his clients, is responsive, and pleasant to work with. – Peter E. Bennett

– David has prepared Architectural plans for me and my wife and did so in the most responsible and resourceful way. – Michael B. Mukasey

– Mr. Mishkin was attentive and responsive during the design and construction process.  His character is amicable and patient and he worked well with my contractor, interior decorator and building superintendant.  David exercised the highest level of professionalism.  He is capable of providing an elegant solution to any design issue he is confronted with and will approach any project with great pride, and creative energy. – Joseph M. Cohen
